Refund Policy

Deposits

All deposits are non-refundable. The deposit secures your artist's time and covers initial design work. It is deducted from the final tattoo cost on the day of your appointment.

Rescheduling

You may reschedule once with at least 72 hours' notice without losing your deposit. Subsequent reschedules or short-notice changes require a new deposit.

Cancellations

Cancellations made more than 7 days before your appointment may, at our discretion, be eligible for a partial refund of the deposit. No refunds are given for no-shows or late cancellations.

Completed work

Tattoos are bespoke, permanent work and are not refundable once started. If you are unhappy with any aspect during your session, please tell your artist immediately so we can address it.

Touch-ups

One free touch-up is offered within 90 days of your original appointment, provided you have followed the aftercare instructions. Touch-ups outside this window are charged at the artist's standard rate.
