1. Bookings & deposits
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. The deposit is deducted from the final cost of your tattoo on the day of your session. Deposits are forfeited if you cancel with less than 72 hours' notice or fail to attend.
2. Age & ID
You must be 18 or over to be tattooed at Deviant Ink. Valid photographic ID is required at every appointment, regardless of how often you've visited before.
3. Health & suitability
You must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, medications, or pregnancy before your appointment. We reserve the right to refuse or postpone work for safety reasons. Do not attend under the influence of alcohol or drugs.
4. Designs & copyright
Custom designs created by our artists remain their intellectual property. You receive a licence to wear the tattoo; we retain the right to photograph the work and use images for portfolio and promotional purposes.
5. Aftercare
Following the aftercare instructions provided is essential for healing. We are not responsible for issues caused by failure to follow them.
6. Liability
Tattooing carries inherent risks including infection and allergic reaction. By proceeding, you accept these risks. Our liability is limited to the cost of the service provided.
